  • Limit Caffeine & Alcohol: Excessive caffeine or alcohol can increase stress levels, so try to consume them in moderation. Care about caffeine and alcohol limits.

  • Prioritize Tasks: Break down big tasks into smaller, more manageable steps. Use lists or a planner to stay organized. A lot of time we didn't care about our time management systems. We abuse our time. Try to work with correct time management.

Averagely our mind thinks 20 perfect thinking and planning in one minute. Sometimes these thoughts can confuse your calm mindset and these thoughts cause a lot of stress for you. Writing can help you to relieve stress. Write your thoughts and plans one time. It will create the biggest clarity and clear view for you.
  • Hobbies: Engage in creative activities like painting, playing an instrument, or gardening to relax and focus your mind. Try to focus on your hobbies and avoid stress and tension.

7. Nature

  • Get Outdoors: Spending time in nature, even if it's just a short walk outside, can lower stress levels and help you feel refreshed. Nature is always our best partner. It makes very very powerful refreshments. Always try to live with nature or do a garden, aquarium, or outdoor activities. This is a very powerful stress reliever way. Nature is a natural medicine for everyone. It is the biggest gift in our life. So live with nature and relieve your stress and tension easily.

8. Humour

  • Laugh: Watch a funny show, listen to a comedy podcast, or do something that makes you laugh. Humour is a great stress reliever. Because everyone is born to live happily.

9. Self-Care

  • Take a Bath: A warm bath can relax your muscles and calm your mind. Take a bath in your stress time. That is a great, easy, and short way to relieve your stress. 
  • Massage: A professional massage or even a self-massage can help ease tension in your body. Care for your body with self-love. It is very important to your life and development. 

Everyone is different, so it may take some trial and error to find what works best for you. But one thing. Every born to live happily. Everyone can live happily. Avoid stress and live happily.
